Do you spend your days on autopilot, going through the motions of everyday life?
Do you remember the last time you celebrated small wins, giggled over something silly and felt *truly* happy, at ease and content?
Picture this: You're eating lunch at your desk (or forgetting to), while answering emails and already stressing about tomorrow's to-do list.
Or you make it to the end of the week but can't remember what you did on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Or you've missed your best friend's baby shower because you felt like you couldn't take time off, or worse, believe you don't deserve time off.
Sound like you? Congratulations, you're trapped in the rat race!
But, those are not the moments you'll remember in a few years' time.
Do you feel like life is passing you by?
Ready to make every day the best day?
What you will remember are the times you belly laughed with your best friends over old memories, the way the morning haze looked that one summer morning you took your coffee to go from home or when you got muddy playing with your dog, jumping through puddles.

Straight out of college, I joined the rat race, working in the fashion industry in New York City.
After a while, I quit my job and started my own business, investing an embarrassing amount in mentors to "make" it, working even more than I had in my fashion days. When I was asked about my weekend on Monday's, I couldn't even remember what I did.
I was successful on paper, traveling, making friends, doing cool stuff. My body was physically there, but my mind wasn't. I felt like I was gaining too much momentum on my hamster wheel, seconds before I'd violently be thrown off.
One of my favorite qualities about myself has always been my playfulness and curiosity - and somewhere along the way I had completely lost them.
So I took a huge step back and reconnected with things I used to find enjoyable - and slowly found my way back to myself and a more sustainable and mindful approach to my everyday life.
And that's what this challenge is about.
Finding joy in the mundane moments, trying new things, exploring mindfulness and learning to love things you already enjoy even more.

As a Mental Wellbeing Coach, I’ve learned a thing or two about serving myself first to live a fulfilling life free of overwhelm.
But it wasn't always this way. A few years ago, I was busy racing from one milestone and bucket list item to the next. In between those moments, life felt like a waiting game until I checked off the next. The dreamy vision of my ideal self living a slow and content life once I've achieved all my dreams fuelling my motivation.
But then I realized: I can live that life now. I stopped chasing and waiting, and started finding joy, calm and mindfulness in everyday moments. Since then, I've slowed down, learned to romanticize the little things, found inner peace - and my business started gaining momentum with features in Medium and Create & Cultivate.
Now, I'm empowering women to live an intentional life grounded in freedom, joy and alignment through prioritizing self-care and mindfulness, and start living the lives they've always dreamed of.
